WebbIt's quite unclear to me. "Pinnacles has no designated backcountry camping" does not mean to me "backcountry camping is illegal" or "backcountry camping is not allowed in Pinnacles". There is no "designated backcountry camping" in some of my favorite national forest, blm, and county parks, but camping in those places is legal and encouraged.
