In my case, it appears to be caused by the GPU (HD5770) temporarily down-clocking to less than 200MHz when videos stop playing. It does that even with FurMark running - video decoding appears to override all clock settings. WebMy PC is newly built and also restarts when I watch a Netflix video. Although when I try again after that restart, it works fine. It started working fine for me once I updated my bios to a more stable build. The factory bios my motherboard was shipped with was the first bios that supported the Ryzen 5000 series.
