WebbGenerally rapid morph is the best option because of the damage increase and morph speed increase etc. Imho power prolonger is only really important when you're running power phial swaxes but if Ull be running non power phial ones like Bishaten Narga etc. You could usually fill the gauge up with 6 hits or just spam the a combo lol.
