It seems to stick at 16.0 between 1200-2000 RPM and after 2000 RPM the timing numbers starting rapidly, as it does when idling at a light. You can see the Sniper controlling the timing as I drive until the RPM drop to 1600ish when in 3rd gear cruising, the timing is at 16.0.
