To get a legendary from 190 ilvl to 262 ilvl I believe so. The new currency that allows you to upgrade past 262 ilvl will come from 9.2 content. So if you intend to craft a brand new legendary all the way to the new max level in 9.2 I would assume you would still need Soul Ash, Soul Cinders (both from Torghast) and the new currency.

However, if you play feral and have good enough gear you can just stealth through and kill the bosses only. WebSep 17, 2024 · Soul Cinders are already becoming uncapped in 9.1.5. You can farm the same wing over and over. Having said that, Blizzard should definitely open up all wings at all times so people can rotate wings to prevent getting bored rather than farming the same wing 10 times for the soul cinders they need.

If you head over to Torghast on the 9.2.5 PTR, you'll notice that all six wings are available at the same time. There's no reason to have them all available for the sake of testing, as the 9.2.5 update doesn't include any Torghast updates.
