Personally, I just max it out (i.e. all the way to the right) then go back twice to end up with a fov of 95.6°. You can get it to be exactly 90 by setting "FOVScaleFactor" to "1.20" in your GamerProfile.xml. (75 * 1.20 = 90.00)
