WebWith returning weapon I'd say the +2 damage isn't worth it. Although for strictly damage output dart thrower with Fighting Initiate (Archery) at 4 Sharpshooter at 8 is a great choice. The +2 from archery would compensate for the loss in intelligence boost and the headband can hold you over until you max out at level 16.
