WebChildren's Advocacy Center (CAC) The Children’s Advocacy Center serves child victims of sexual abuse or serious physical abuse through a comprehensive approach of providing services to the victim and their non-offending family members. WebCASA/Family Systems’ temporary emergency shelter for battered women and their children was started in 1991 and has the capacity to house 18-21 women and children at any given time. The shelter is open 24 hours a day – seven days a week providing services to victims of domestic violence at no cost.
