WebPosvar Hall at Pitt is the worst building I've interacted with regularly. It's designed inefficiently, interior spaces are awkward and non-interactive, it's dark and gloomy (almost no outside light is let in), the plazas are confusing and uncomfortable, and the exterior speaks for itself.
