WebWhen I use the toner, it dries my face out but it also helps clear my break outs. It's somewhat harsh, too much so to be using all the time, for my skin anyway. I recommend this is you have break outs. If I use it daily or too regularly it dries my skin out too much, but this toner is very effective at clearing my break outs.
